Which Greek gods are named in Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief in Chapters 1 - 8?

Chapter One:  During the museum tour, Percy is asked to describe a stele that the class is looking at.  He names Kronos the Titan and his son, the god Zeus.

Chapter Two:  Percy gets frustrated while studying his copy of Cambridge Guide to Greek Mythology.  He mentions the names Chiron, Charon, Polydictes, and Polydeuces, which are so similar that he finds them difficult to remember.  Also, The Kindly Ones (goddesses) are mentioned twice.

Chapter Three:  No gods are named in Chapter Three.

Chapter Four:  Grover refers to The Kindly Ones and The Lord of the Dead.

Chapter Five:  At Camp Half-Blood, Percy names Zeus, Hera, and Apollo.  His counselor, Mr. D, reveals himself as Dionysus and also references Aphrodite.

Chapter Six:  Several gods are listed when Percy is shown to the residents' cabins: Zeus and Hera, Hermes, Hades, Ares, and The Kindly Ones, once again.

Chapter Seven:  Annabeth tells Percy that her mom is Athena.  Then, while explaining how Camp Half-Blood works, she names Aphrodite, Demeter, Ares, and Poseidon.  Luke says his father is Hermes.  Percy asks about the campers in Ares.

Chapter Eight:  Percy doesn't have the skills for Apollo, Hephaestus, or Dionysus.  Luke says Percy might belong to Hermes.  Later, Grover talks about Artemis, Hera, Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades (the sons of Kronos).  At Capture the Flag Athena, Apollo, Hermes, Ares, Dionysus, Demeter, Aphrodite, and Hephaestus are all named.

(Grover, the Minotaur, Chiron, The Oracle, Satyrs, and Naiads are not gods.)
